Meet Dave and Craig
Dave Shrowder and Craig Lieschke work directly with school leaders to understand what staff are experiencing and turn those insights into practical next steps.
Dave has spent more than 20 years supporting schools and employees across Australia. Craig brings 40 years of experience in schools, including 23 years as a principal. Together, they offer both a personal approach and firsthand understanding of school leadership.
